Andrey Shugarov, born in 1958 in Tbilisi, Georgia, is a renowned Armenian painter known for his vivid and expressive works. He studied at the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts and joined the Artists’ Union of Armenia in 1990. His art, inspired by the Caucasus region, has been exhibited internationally and is part of private collections worldwide.
