Artist Biography

Khachik Abrahamyan, born on January 15, 1960, in Yerevan, Armenia, is a distinguished artist known for his contributions to both abstract and figurative art. He graduated from the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts in 1990 and has since participated in numerous national and international exhibitions. Abrahamyan is the founder and president of the “Center of Armenian Artists” and holds memberships in several prestigious organizations, including the International Artists’ Association of UNESCO and the European Academy of Natural Sciences in Hanover, Germany. In recognition of his artistic achievements, he was awarded the Gold Medal of the Ministry of Culture in 2010 and was honored as an Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia in 2015.
