Description
Shahen Aslanyan, born on January 10, 1948, in Yerevan, Armenia, is a renowned painter and ceramist. He studied at the Fine Arts College and Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts. A member of the Artist’s Union of the USSR and Armenia, Aslanyan’s works have been exhibited across Europe and the former USSR. His art, combining traditional Armenian motifs with contemporary styles, is held in several museums, including the Modern Art Museum of Yerevan and the Museum of Ethnography.
